SexyRoom is a social platform: some of what you provide is meant to be seen. It helps to know exactly what's visible where.
Shown on your profile and inside the rooms you enter.
Displayed alongside your presence in rooms and matches.
The bio and details you choose to publish can be seen by other users.
Your camera feed is visible to the person in the room with you while a conversation is live.
Never displayed publicly. Used for account verification and service communication.
Processed by third-party payment providers; full card numbers are not stored by us.
Stored in encrypted form. Never visible to anyone, including our staff.
Be deliberate about what you publish. Public content can be viewed, shared and indexed by search engines, and deleting it from SexyRoom doesn't instantly remove cached copies elsewhere. Inside a live room, remember that the person you're talking to can see and hear whatever your camera and microphone pick up — treat the frame like part of the conversation.
6. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- With your consent: when you explicitly authorize a share.
- Service providers: trusted vendors that help us run the platform — hosting, payment processing, analytics — under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of SexyRoom, our users or the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets.
- Aggregated data: anonymized statistics that can't reasonably identify you.
