1. Acceptance & Scope

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SexyRoom, including the website at sexyroom.tv, public pages, room browsing, matching, live video and voice conversations, messaging, payment flows and related services.

By using SexyRoom you confirm that you've read, understood and agreed to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific rules that apply to particular services.

If you don't agree, stop using the platform. Continued use after these terms are updated counts as acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

SexyRoom is strictly for adults aged 18 and over — or the higher minimum age where your jurisdiction sets one. You may only use the platform if the laws that apply to you permit it.

You're responsible for keeping any information you provide during registration, verification, purchases or profile setup accurate and current, for protecting your account credentials, and for all activity carried out through your account.

• Don't create accounts with false, misleading or stolen information.
• Don't transfer, sell, rent or share your account without authorization.
• Don't bypass security checks, age gates, rate limits or access controls.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Platform Services

SexyRoom provides a social video discovery space. Available services evolve over time and can include:

We may add, modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue any feature at any time for legal, operational, security or business reasons. No particular feature is guaranteed to remain available permanently or without interruption.

4. Content, Public Profiles & Visibility

SexyRoom includes social, public-facing features. Depending on the product design and your own choices, your display name, avatar, public profile and published content may be visible to other users or to the public.

You're responsible for what you publish, upload, show on camera or otherwise make available through the platform. Share only what you're authorized to share and comfortable making visible.

• Publicly posted content may be viewed, shared, cached or indexed.
• Deleting content doesn't guarantee immediate removal from search results, caches or third-party references.
• You remain responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate laws, third-party rights or platform rules.

5. Acceptable Use & House Rules

Use the platform lawfully, respectfully and in good faith. You may not use SexyRoom to harass, exploit, deceive or harm others, or to interfere with the operation or integrity of the platform itself.

• No unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or misleading content.
• Nothing involving minors in any form; no exploitative content, violent threats, hate speech or content that violates applicable safety standards.
• No prohibited explicit or illegal behavior on camera or in messages — SexyRoom is social video for adults, not an anything-goes zone.
• No impersonation or misrepresenting your identity or affiliations.
• No bots, scripts, scraping, reverse engineering or other abusive technical access.
• No scams, off-platform payment schemes, spam or abusive commercial activity.

6. Rooms, Matching, Messaging & Calls

The platform includes room browsing, random and direct matching, live video and voice conversations, and direct messaging. These features exist to support genuine interaction between adults.

When using them, act lawfully and respectfully. You may not use them to stalk, threaten, extort, harass, scam, solicit unlawful activity, distribute malicious links or pressure anyone into unsafe or prohibited conduct.

• Matching outcomes, response rates, social results and call quality are not guaranteed.
• Your decisions inside a room — whether to stay, what to share — are your own.
• If you experience abuse or unsafe behavior, use the report and block tools and leave the room.

7. Payments & Virtual Items

SexyRoom may offer coins, premium memberships, virtual gifts, paid features and other digital goods or services. Prices, eligibility, availability and usage rules are shown at the point of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We don't necessarily store full payment card details, and handling of payment credentials is subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

• Virtual items and digital benefits have no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
• Completed purchases of digital goods or consumed services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in product-specific rules.
• Fraudulent transactions, chargebacks or payment abuse may lead to order cancellation, feature limits, account review or suspension.
• Access to purchased content or benefits can depend on account status, availability and technical compatibility.

8. Third-Party Services & External Links

The platform may integrate with or link to third-party services for login, payments, analytics, hosting, content delivery and support. Some links may take you to pages we don't control.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and the third party, except where the law says otherwise.

• We don't guarantee the availability or security of third-party services.
• We're not responsible for content, policies or actions on third-party sites we don't operate.

9. Intellectual Property

The platform — its software, interface design, branding, product architecture and protected content — is owned by SexyRoom or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property and unfair competition laws.

You keep the rights in content you lawfully create, but you grant us the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, process, moderate, store and operate that content within the platform and related services.

• Only upload content you have the right to use and publish.
• Don't copy, redistribute, scrape or exploit protected platform assets without authorization.
• If your content infringes someone else's rights, you may be responsible for resulting claims and enforcement action.

10. Enforcement, Suspension & Termination

We may investigate suspected violations of these terms, safety rules, payment rules or applicable law. Where reasonably necessary, we may act to protect the platform, our users, partners or the public:

• Remove, restrict or disable access to content.
• Warn users or limit messaging, matching or purchases.
• Suspend, review, freeze or terminate accounts.
• Cancel transactions or reverse platform-side grants where permitted by law and applicable rules.
• Preserve records and cooperate with legitimate legal or regulatory requests.

When an account is closed, some data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, while certain records may be retained for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or dispute handling.

We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any feature, or any particular social or personal outcome from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for losses arising from third-party services, user-generated content, interactions between users, unauthorized access resulting from your own failure to safeguard credentials, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Updates & Contact

We may update these terms as our services, product design, legal requirements or risk controls change. For material updates we'll revise the "Last Updated" date and may provide notice through the platform or other appropriate channels.

Continued use of SexyRoom after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
